Welcome to GVBC Nursery!
Thank you for entrusting your child to us. We believe that from the earliest age children begin to experience the love of God through those around them. It is our priveledge to watch your little one and give you peace of mind during the church service, knowing they're well cared for.
Hours:
The nursery is open during all of our regularly scheduled church services unless it is a special family service, in which case all the members of the family are invited to join us in the auditorium.
Location: The Nursery is down the hall to your right when entering the main church building.
Infant Room: Children enjoy the infant room until they are steady walkers.
Toddler Room: Children in the toddler room range from those who have just learned to walk up to three years of age.
Our Goal:
GVBC's goal is to provide your little one with safe and loving care and give you peace of mind during the church service, knowing they're well cared for. Thank you for entrusting your child to us, it is our priveledge to care for them for you. We believe that from the earliest age children begin to experience the love of God through those around them. GVBC nursery is a ministry to our youngest little visitors and we strive to make it a happy and fun place for them.
Life in the Nursery:
Our caregivers are there to meet the needs of your children. Diapers are checked each service and are changed if necessary. Babies are fed according to your instructions and their needs. Nursing moms can take a provided pager and if baby is hungry during the service she will be paged to return to the baby. She then can comforably nurse baby in the nursing mother's room (located in the back of the nursery).
During their visit, each child will be cared for on their level. We have rockers, bouncers and swings for the littlest nursery goers. The toddlers enjoy books, toys, singing songs, snacks and the occasional and ever popular ...bubbles!
